I miss the place…sometimes!
I worked at the company for 5 years but just got out. It’s not the worst of companies, we had some good times, but it could be better. The food at the headquarters canteens has the same revolving menu and we didn’t get a company picnic this year. I remember I didn’t think I was ready to start my role after such a short (1 week) training course but things definitely got better.
Prepare to work very hard!
Sometimes things just seem to pile up – but they are hiring loads of new staff and the training helps. When work-life balance starts to get on top of me, I like to remember that I’m getting paid, the folks are friendly and I can work from home 2 days a week. Guess Maartner’s not the worst place to be.
Just depends who you work with
I love my job but if the janitor doesn’t empty my bin this week, I’m taking a duvet day.
Starting salary low but lots of opportunities
The cost of renting or buying a place anywhere near the office was hard at first. Sure glad I stuck it out, as I’ve got a sweet gig now, loads of opportunities including overseas travel. I also like the company Donut Days
A positive place to work
There are great opportunities at Maartner. They are always recruiting. The training is second-to-none and I can heartily recommend Maartner to everyone!
