The team here is fantastic – dedicated and skilled. However, the hospital seems to be always short-staffed, putting pressure on everyone. Also, there’s a noticeable lack of opportunities for professional development or advancement, which is quite demotivating.

As part of the administrative team, I’ve noticed a lack of clear communication and direction from upper management. Decisions often seem disjointed and last-minute, leading to unnecessary stress and confusion among the staff. But on the upside, Pancakes in the cafe if you have to work weekends.

Working in the hospital’s IT department, I’ve faced constant challenges due to outdated equipment and software. Despite repeated requests for upgrades, our needs seem to be consistently overlooked, impacting our efficiency and ability to support the medical staff effectively. Doesn’t really bother me too much though, I’m moving to be somewhere I can surf every day

As a nurse in the one of the surgical departments, I’ve found the workload to be overwhelming. The patient-to-nurse ratio is higher than ideal, making it challenging to provide the level of care I aspire to. While the job is rewarding, the lack of support and recognition from management has been disheartening.
