Moved On But Still Have Nothing Really Bad To Dish
I worked at the company for 5 years but just felt it was time to move on. Its not the bad as companies go but it has a lot to do to be the best workplace. At the beginning, I didn’t think I was ready to start my role after such a short (1 week) training course and I was very nervous for almost a year as a result. Things got better but a bit dull.
Work/Life
Sometimes things just mount up, like workload and deadlines and stuff – I don’t know if its a lack of staff or the company trying to change from manufacturer to a digital outfit but you hardly get a moment to breathe
OK Company, Shame about the Boss
Working anywhere is only as good as your boss. Not to name names but I have a “superior” who is always double checking all my work and making me do stuff again. They also seem to have a clique of “followers” who get away with never putting in the work. Did try to tell HR but Employerating seems the only way now.
Pay not Keeping Up With Cost-of-Living
Everything is expensive nowadays, especially rent. I don’t know how a company can keep paying such low salaries compared to competitors. No real opportunities for regular raises or bonus schemes.

Great opportunities. Training is pretty spot on.
