Pay Could Be More Competitive

The job has been about what I expected. Starting salaries could be a a bit higher there are annual bonuses. Food in the cafe is pretty good – especially Taco Tuesdays

Culture of Performance

I sometimes feel the amount of work and pressure to perform can be challenging. I know they are recruiting, so that’s usually a good sign. The location of the office is pretty good though.

Why I like working here

I feel the company supports me in achieving my goals. Recently, I have been taking part in a cost-control initiative which makes me feel like a valued part of the team. There’s a good atmosphere overall.

A frustrating company to work for

It has been a frustrating company to work for. The management team is disorganized and frequently changes policies and procedures, leading to confusion and inefficiency. The workload is overwhelming, and there is little support or recognition for hard work. The company culture is unsupportive, and there is little opportunity for growth or advancement. I would not recommend working here.

Somebody needs to rethink company policy. As far as I’m concerned, my job is to reduce the risk/exposure of defaulting and fraudulent customers. I feel like I’m the only one that is making it harder for online customers to create accounts. If anyone ever bothered to ask me (and I’ve been doing this job long enough to know better), doing that will fight the increasing opportunities for fraud and theft from abuse of online ordering ! Since noone seems to be listening, I’m just going to have to take matters into my own hands. The way the higher-ups are behaving will come back to haunt them.
