Alright

Used to work at Ventucap. I’ve just moved on to a new company. It’s not the worst of companies. I think an onsite coffee franchise might help. I remember being a bit nervous when I first started but I got training along the way.

Culture of Performance

I sometimes feel the amount of work and pressure to perform can be challenging. I know they are recruiting, so that’s usually a good sign. The location of the office is pretty good though.

Meet the New Boss, Same As The Old Boss

Like anywhere, an employer is only as good as the people you work with… or for. My line-manager is fairly new but seems okay. They have started Cake Fridays, so there’s hope.

VentuCap – Plenty of Capital, Not Enough Money

Company mostly fine. About what you’d expect for most things. Starter salaries and other benefits seem on the low side. Fortunately, that doesn’t affect me, as I have a fairly sweet deal and flexible working.

Good Training

It seems like a great place to be a new starter at Ventucap. Lots of vacancies and excellent training.

Why I like working here

I feel the company supports me in achieving my goals. Recently, I have been taking part in a cost-control initiative which makes me feel like a valued part of the team. There’s a good atmosphere overall.

My role is to maximise the return on the clients’ personal investments. I was trying really hard finding a unicorn, and disrupting the market but I had no support from the leaders, something that could come back to haunt them.
