Out of touch with modern practices
Working at Wright Beach was a tough. The management was out of touch with modern practices and the lack of investment in technology made our jobs much more difficult than they needed to be. It was a frustrating and demotivating work environment.
Like stepping back in time
I found the leadership at Wright Beach to be uninspiring and uninterested in investing in their employees. There was a lack of training and development opportunities, and it felt like we were just going through the motions each day. It was like stepping back in time. A disappointing experience.
Old-fashioned and hierarchical
The culture at Wright Beach was old-fashioned and hierarchical. It was clear that certain long-serving individuals were favored over others, and there was a lack of transparency and fairness in promotions and compensation. It was not a healthy or supportive work environment.
Workload was overwhelming
I would not recommend working at Wright Beach. The workload was overwhelming and the lack of support from management made it difficult to manage. It felt like we were constantly playing catch-up and never able to get ahead.
My role is to pass my professional exams and qualify as an accountant. I have been working with clients to prepare financial statements, tax, recording and financial analysis. However, the company has an old fashioned environment which means we're not providing clients with the services that modern businesses need, something that is going to come back to haunt them!
